Take the mystery out of Greek cooking and bring these traditional dishes to your table. Discover its hidden treasures and the traditional techniques that have always been based on superior quality, fresh and tasteful ingredients produced in our country.
The semi private cooking classes (max 12 pax) take place in Fougaro Beach Bar Restaurant and the cost is 90.00 € per person. The seminars can be booked for individuals or groups. The pickup and drop off is free of charge
Cook like a Greek …At first you will enjoy a welcome drink as you getting to know each other and then a small introduction of the agricultural products of Greece will be held. Afterwards you will have the time of your life, preparing and cooking beside the seaside, some of the most famous Greek dishes and learn on the traditional techniques of our ancestors.
Live a long life like a Greek… A small break will follow and our cook will introduce to you the unique varieties of the Greek Olive Oil, the most important ingredient of the Mediterranean Diet. You will have the unique opportunity to learn the basics on olive oil tasting, recognize its positive characteristics and its common defects.
Drink like a Greek… Learn the complexity and the unique taste of some of the greatest Santorinian wine varieties , taste 5 different Santorinian wines and find out their secret as our wine expert will reveal his knowledge to you
Eat like a Greek… Indulge yourself into the flavors of your own cooking and enjoy the epic feast you have created as you EMBRACE THE HELLENIC SPIRIT.At the end of your Seminar, a signed participation certificate will be given to you

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 18.00p.m Duration: 3 hours
